This automatic film coater is designed to produce films with conformal thickness. The aluminum vacuum chuck can hold substrate sheet flat in a firm way. The sophisticated driving system enables the adjustable film applicator to perform smooth coating on all types of substrates. The heating capability (up to 200°C) enables the fast drying of slurry and thus high quality coatings.
